1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nuviax Guardrails platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Nuviax Guardrails provides enterprise-grade PII detection, redaction, and governance capabilities for AI applications, data pipelines, and vector stores.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring authorized use of the platform, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Data Processing Agreement

For enterprise customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the processing of personal data. Contact sales@nuviax.ai for DPA execution.

5. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Details are available in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuviax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
